Your child’s care plan

We keep a short care plan for every child with a medical condition, an allergy or an additional learning need, so that whoever is teaching them on the day knows what to do. Please fill this in once, and come back to it whenever something changes.

It takes about five minutes. Anything you tell us is shared only with the centre managers and the tutors who teach your child. If your child has no medical or learning needs, you do not need to fill this in.
